| The early years
First let me introduce myself, no I'm not Lisen, but her proud owner Alexandra. I have had the pleasure of being a part of Lisens life ever since she was eight weeks old. And I thought it would be fun to share her life in this blog. We have always taken a lot of pics of her so I have plenty to post :-)
Lisen was born March 17th 2001 on a farm outside of the town of Ronneby in Sweden. This makes her about 9,5 years old today. She is a mixed breed of Flat Coated Retriever, Newfoundland and German Shepard.
Lisen started out by living with us all, me, my sister, my mother and her boyfriend. But since then both my sister and I have moved from home and today Lisen lives with me. This is simply because I have more time for her than my mother, And my sister has one of Lisens puppies, Diva 5 years old, to take care of. Don't get me wrong, I would not want her to live anywhere else but with me :-) |

But when she got the hang of it, she fell in love with swimming and playing in water! Here is one of Lisens first encounters with water. Just paddle with those paws Lisen, hehe. |
